You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

5. YouTube API Services

Payments for AE PRO services are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

Pay all fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide accurate payment information
Stripe's terms of service (https://stripe.com/legal)

We do not store your card details. All payment information is handled by Stripe.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your YouTube channel content and data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

No Results Guaranteed: YT AE does not guarantee that your YouTube channel will achieve monetization, gain subscribers, or generate revenue. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YT AE shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Any changes to your YouTube channel status or monetization eligibility
Actions taken by YouTube/Google against your account

12. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including Google, YouTube, Firebase, Stripe, and Telegram. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Termination
